Classic champenoise style; straightforward yet sexy. Sourced from various North Coast vineyards; predominantly from the Anderson Valley, an average of 18 months of yeast aging adds complexity with a biscuit note. Retains crisp acidity with a faint hint of Fuji apple sweetness in this Brut. Peach and pear flavors are complemented by the fine mousse finish creating a light citrus and peach fuzz smoothness.

Out of our desire to produce a wine that beckons for good food, we've produced this pinot noir with a slightly higher acidity to entice the mouth to water and a slightly lower alcohol to allow the palate to enjoy the food. We've ventured back to our burgundian winemaking roots to create a charming wine full of bright cherries infused with pomegranate and rose. It's rounded out by a balanced mouthfeel that lasts through the long finish.
